Guilherme has been working for over 20 years structuring and negotiating corporate and commercial operations, succession and estate planning and debt restructuring. He has extensive experience in managing legal departments of large multinational companies and law firms.
Graduated in law in 1997, with a specialization from the University of Melbourne / Australia and in “Legal Administration for Lawyers” from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – SP. He has been a member of the OAB / SP Legal Departments Support Committee since 2014 and licensed to practice law in Portugal.
