Priscilla has worked for 20 years in the consultancy area of Brazilian and multinational companies and in law firms, supporting executives in defining strategies and managing risks. She has experience in infrastructure projects, national and international contracts and in the Corporate area, participating in M&A projects in several regulated markets. She worked as Head of Legal and Business Partner of a biological solutions company, being responsible for structuring the legal department and implementing Corporate Governance and Compliance guidelines, as well as Policies related to LGPD.
She graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas in 2003. Postgraduate in Civil Procedure in 2005 and specialist in Administrative Law in 2011.
