Maria Clara has relevant experience in the area of strategic civil litigation, currently focusing her work on credit recovery cases, in addition to having experience in the area of judicial recovery.
She graduated in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). She holds a postgraduate degree in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
