Manassero Campello announces the promotion of Frederico Stacchini and Willi Künzli to partners.
Frederico has contributed to the consolidation of our Banking and Capital Market practice at the highest level. He joined the firm as co-head of practice in January 2019 after 15 years of experience at leading law firms, including Stocche Forbes. Frederico has extensive experience in capital market transactions with focus on investment funds, securitization, debt financing and restructuring, advising investment banks, asset managers and financial advisors.
Willi has successfully built the practice of Competition Litigation since he joined the firm in January 2020 based on his previous experience in the field. Willi is a pioneer in Brazil in private competition enforcement, most particularly cartel damage claims. He has been at the forefront of the representation of large and mid-size companies in claims related to antitrust misconducts and worked alongside international law firms in multijurisdictional competition violation cases. He also advises clients in competition compliance matters.
